Terms and Conditions for Capital Navigator Funded Passing Service

By using Capital Navigator's Funded Passing Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the obligations and responsibilities of both Capital Navigator (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the client (referred to as "you" or "your").

1. Service Overview
1.1. Capital Navigator partners exclusively with TraderScale to provide a funded account passing service, allowing traders to skip the evaluation process typically required by prop firms.
1.2. Please note that TraderScale is not a challenge-free prop firm by default. The no-challenge funded accounts are offered only through our exclusive partnership with TraderScale.
1.3. If you purchase a funded account directly from TraderScale without using Capital Navigator's passing service, you will still be required to complete the standard challenge and evaluation process with TraderScale.

2. Eligibility
2.1. By using this service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement, are at least 18 years of age, and meet the requirements to trade with a prop firm.

3. Service Process
3.1. Upon payment and account creation, we aim to complete the passing process for your funded account within 3 to 12 hours. However, please note that timing may vary slightly depending on market conditions.
3.2. Account options include 25K, 50K, 100K, and 200K USD funded accounts.
3.3. The funded accounts provided through Capital Navigator do not require a challenge or evaluation but are directly funded by TraderScale.

4. Fees, Refunds, and Payments
4.1. The one-time fee for this service is based on the account size selected:
* 25K Account: €147
* 50K Account: €247
* 100K Account: €347
* 200K Account: €347 All payments are due in full before account activation.
4.2. Passing Guarantee: If the funded account does not pass, you will receive a refund for the passing fee. However, if the account is successfully passed and activated, no refund will be provided in cases where the client does not reach a payout.
Once the account is active, Capital Navigator is not liable for any trading decisions or outcomes; the responsibility for trading rests solely with the account holder.
4.3. Capital Navigator acts exclusively as a passing facilitator in partnership with TraderScale, which provides the funded accounts. We do not supply funded accounts or capital directly.
4.4. All questions, support requests, or issues regarding the funded account, such as withdrawal delays, trading rules, or account restrictions, must be addressed directly to TraderScale.

5. Account Usage
5.1. The funded account provided is intended for trading by the account holder only.
5.2. Any misuse or third-party trading is prohibited and may result in account termination.
5.3. Accounts are subject to the trading rules and guidelines of TraderScale. Please review TraderScale’s policies for specifics on trade limits, leverage, and risk management.

6. Risk and Disclaimer
6.1. Trading involves substantial risk, and you acknowledge that there is no guarantee of profit.
6.2. Capital Navigator is not liable for any trading losses or damages incurred as a result of using the funded account or this service.
You are responsible for ensuring you understand the risks associated with trading leveraged financial products.

7. Refund Policy
7.1. Due to the nature of the instant funding process, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the account is funded and active.

8. Termination of Service
8.1. Capital Navigator also reserves the right to discontinue or modify the funded passing service at any time.

10. Amendments
10.1. Capital Navigator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
